The AISD Planetarium is located in Andrews Middle School. The facility houses a 30-ft. dome with a
Spitz 512 projector with ATM4 automation. The Cove Lighting System, slide projectors, and
special effects are controlled by the East Coast Control Systems. The planetarium has been
in operation since 1976.
