Library Info

  • The library is open every school day from 8:00 AM to 4:00
    PM.  Please see Ms. Pat for a pass if you'd like to come
    before school.
     
  • You may borrow up to three items at one time.
     
  • Books may be checked out for two weeks.
     
  • Audios may be checked out for two weeks.
     
  • Reference materials may be checked out for one day.
     
  • Magazines may be checked out for one hour.
     
  • Late materials will be charged a fine of 5¢
    per day.
     

Meet the Librarian



My name is Kendra Patterson and I've been the librarian here at AMS
for 14 years. Before that, I was a classroom teacher. I love to read new or new-to-me
books and find the answers to tough questions. That's why being a
librarian is the perfect job for me.



Every year, I read as many books as I can in order
to assist you in finding books to match your interests. I also browse
the web to find good new web pages, that would be helpful while
doing research.
